Service Description

Starter: Semolina dumplingssoup (semolina dumplings strong beef broth). Main course: Swabian stuffed beef roulades with Potato dumplings and red wine cabbage and a organic side salad. Dessert: Apple strudel with raisins on white wine vanilla sauce, vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream. A 16oz water bottle is included in the price. We allow everyone to bring their own alcohol. We charge $2.00 glass fee.Vorspeise: Griesnockerl Suppe (Griesnödel in kräftiger Rinderbrühe). Hauptspeise: Schwäbische gefüllte Rinderrouladen mit Spätzle und Rotwein Kraut. Nachspeise: Apfelstrudel mit Weisswein Vanille Sosse, Ice cream gekrönt mit Sahne. Im Preis ist eine 0.5l Wasserflasche enthalten. Wir erlauben jedem seinen eigenen Alkohol mitzubringen. Wir berechne $1.50 Glasgebühren.
